CANCELATION POLICY

  • You may cancel your appointment up to 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

  • If you cancel within the 2 hours of the start of your appointment or do not show, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your service.

  • Any appointment scheduled on a holiday or the day preceding a holiday, will be subject to our Holiday Cancelation Policy.

  • Holiday Cancelation Policy- Any cancelation 24 hours prior to appointment or arriving to appointment more than 10 minutes after scheduled time, will result in charging the card on file full price for the scheduled service.
